Jan 15, 2010 - 06:39 AM
With the 2010 season just two months away, it's time for teams to start showing their machines to the world. While many teams are mulling the idea of a combined launch, Lotus F1 has announced the date of its launch as Feb 12.
Team Principal Tony Fernandes confirmed that the Lotus F1 Racing car will be officially launched on 12th February 2010. The location of the launch will be revealed soon, but 12th February will see the team's 2010 challenger, the first Lotus F1 car unveiled since 1994.
With a competitive driver line-up comprising Jarno Trulli and and Heikki Kovalainen, Lotus F1 can be a challenger in 2010 if only their car is strong enough. While fans continue to bicker over the fact that this isn't the "real Lotus", the team is known to be working hard to ensure that it carries forward all the things that made Lotus a favourite of the fans back in its day.
